Transportation

A welcome desk will be available on Thursday 15 April at Fiumicino airport. Transportation will be provided from and to the airport, between the hotels and the session venue and for all social events.

Accommodation

A limited number of rooms has been reserved in selected hotels. Participants may wish to place their reservation through the conference secretariat.

Registration and conference badges

Participants may collect their badges and invitation to social events from welcome desks set up in every hotel selected for the conference. Badges should be worn during all events.

Badge colours are defined as follows:

• Red: Heads of delegation
• Blue: Delegation
• Green: Accompanying person
• Orange: Photographer/Interpreter

• Bourdeaux: Conference organisation
• Sky-blue: Security

Speaking order

Participants taking the floor will be called by country name in English alphabetical order. Speaking time should not exceed ten minutes.

Simultaneous interpretation

Interpretation will be provided to and from English, French and Italian. Interpretation booths will be provided free of charge to delegates accompanied by their own interpreters. Such request should be indicated in the registration form.

Computer centre

A computer centre with Internet access and printing facilities will be available next to the plenary hall.

Personal weapons

Please note that the carrying of personal weapons is prohibited in default of a special permit. Requests in this sense should be directed to the conference secretariat.
