An admittance card issued by one Library grants access to the other Library.

access request form that the security officer will give you. Alternatively, dowload it here and fill it in beforehand. - For security reasons, all bags should be left in locked cabinets. Any personal belonging you may wish to bring with you into the Library should be put in a see-through plastic bag that will be given to you at the entrance.
- Once you are in the Library, give your completed access form to the Orientation and Distribution Desk officers. You will be registered and a six-month admittance card will be issued.
- When you come to the Library again, just show the admittance card to the security personnel. You will not need to fill in any form until you apply for an extension of your card, after six months.
